The Americano, North Scottsdale’s premier Italian steakhouse, has redefined the dining experience with a beautifully refreshed space and a menu featuring prime steaks, fresh seafood, and handmade pastas. We’re seeking a few poised, professional Maitre’ds to set the tone for every guest’s visit.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a refined first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating with accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide guests to tables while maintaining smooth dining flow.
- Handle inquiries and guest concerns with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Support daily operations by maintaining a pristine entrance and assisting as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality professionals with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Composed, polished presence with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid AZ food handler’s card.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
